1 Lubrication system
The jet and splash lubrication system uses soft plastic tubes that can withstand high pressure and oil. The oil can maintain a stable temperature under the same production conditions, so it can bring excellent lubrication. The circulating cooling system reduces the temperature and lubrication waste of the drive box.

2 Drive box
The eccentric shaft is made of wear-resistant special alloy steel and has a long service life. The semi-structure is easy to maintain and dismantle. The drive and eccentric shaft are driven by V-type gears, which has the following advantages: low noise and good stability.

3 Wear parts
The homogenizing valve, check valve and piston are made of special alloy steel with high impact resistance and corrosion resistance. This material is suitable for corrosion resistance of any CIP. Under special conditions, the homogenizing and check valves can be made of W alloy steel with the same function. Various sealing materials have the following advantages: wear resistance, non-toxicity, pressure resistance and long life.
Replacing wearing parts is easy and convenient, especially when replacing pistons and sealing rings, the pump does not need to be removed.

4 Pump structure
The square high-pressure cover on the pump has high strength and excellent sealing function. The tightening nut with cover has a good appearance. The material gate is carried out according to food hygiene and pharmacy standards. The external parts adopt adjustable cable ties, which are easy to remove and fix.

5 Type
Golden bead homogenizers are all horizontal structures, with the advantages of good stability, easy operation, maintenance and repair.
