Variety of shapes: molding and filling lines – Whether it is classic cups, boxes, cones, or novel special-shaped ice cream, automated molding and filling equipment are very useful. Accurate metering, fast filling, automatic rod insertion, and sealing are all done in one go to meet the diverse product form requirements.

Rapid freshness lock: hardening tunnel – The molded ice cream needs to quickly enter the ultra-low temperature (-30℃ to -40℃) hardening tunnel. Strong cold air quickly penetrates the center of the product, completely freezing it, locking in the best flavor, texture and shape, and forming a fine ice crystal structure.

Gorgeous appearance: packaging and warehousing – Automatic labeling machines, wrapping machines, and cartoning machines operate efficiently to put on a “coat” for each ice cream. Subsequently, the product enters a strictly temperature-controlled cold storage to wait for shipment, and the entire cold chain protects the quality.
