Gentle sterilization, lock in fresh nutrition:

  • Pasteurization (85-95°C/15-30 seconds): mainstream process, precise temperature control to inactivate pathogens, and retain the natural flavor and active nutrients of milk (such as vitamins, whey protein) to the maximum extent.
  • Ultra-high temperature sterilization (UHT, 135-150°C/several seconds): combined with instantaneous ultra-high temperature and aseptic filling, it can be stored for a long time without refrigeration, which is convenient for circulation.
  • Aseptic filling, vacuum shield: The sterilized milk is injected into pre-sterilized Tetra Pak, PET bottles or glass bottles through a high-speed filling machine in a positive pressure aseptic environment. The whole process of milk has zero contact with human and workshop air, as if it is completed in a “vacuum protective cover”, eliminating secondary contamination.
  • Intelligent packaging, full traceability: Automatic labeling, coding (production date, batch number), robot efficient boxing and palletizing. Laser traceability codes run through the entire process, achieving transparent management of the entire chain from pasture to finished product, and quality responsibility is clearly traceable.
